We understand that cancellations sometimes happen too, so if you tell your Tasker more than 24 hours before the booking, you won’t be charged. For cancellations within 24 hours of the booking, you’ll just need to pay one hour of your Tasker’s rate. If your Tasker cancels, you won’t be charged.
